To change the product quantity:

1. Search the required product and double click the Qty field.

2. Enter the updated order quantity and press [Enter].

If the quantity is changed for a:

• New product that displays the NEW icon, then the icon is still displayed
• Existing product, the UPDATED icon is displayed

The product’s price and the total order price are adjusted.

3. Click Save, or press [Alt+S] to save the order.

Quantity Checks

When any order quantity is modified that does not meet the supplier/product criteria, a warning icon is displayed next to the Qty value.

To see more detail, hover the mouse over the warning icon.

When you send an order containing products with these warning, you will be prompted to confirm the action.
