You may be requested to produce a supply certificate for auditing purposes.

A supply certification form records the range of serial numbers supplied as paperless claims from the NRMC.

To generate a Supply Certification form:

1. From Dispense Pro, click the Manage Claims icon.

The Manage Claims window is displayed, and shows the current claim year.

2. Highlight the required claim, and then click Supply Cert.

The Certification of Supply window is displayed.

This example is an “interim” certificate. The NRMC scripts are reported under the relevant patient category (for example, in Entitlements, as ME 10001-10044).

3. Click Print, to print the report if required.
