After you scan the customer’s Loyalty card, the process of charging the sale to a customer’s account is the same as for a non-Loyalty sale.
Customers can Earn Loyalty Currency on the initial sale (the sale that you charge to their account). They cannot use Loyalty Currency to make account payments.
In order to charge a Loyalty sale to a customer’s account, the customer must be set up in your Minfos Customer Management module and must have an existing account.
To charge a Loyalty sale to a customer’s account:
1. Add the loyalty customer to the sale, refer to Scan a Loyalty card during a sale or Look up Loyalty member's details.
2. Follow your current process for invoicing to a customer’s account. Refer to Process an account sale for more information.
