Multi-store allows a head office and slave stores to exchange business data in the form of Publications.

Head office operators can opt-in or opt-out slave stores to receive publications to control the data sent to and received by the slave store.

• For head office, Update Manager provides the subscription and publication options to control the information sent and received from slave stores, refer to Head Office Publications Window overview and Enable Centralised Customer Accounts for a Multi-store group
• For slave stores, Update Manager, in the form of the Inbox, displays events that have occurred at the store as a result of changes and updates from the head office, highlighting any suggested follow up actions, refer to Slave store Inbox overview
