The Pharmacist KPI Report provides a high level snapshot and comparison of relevant key performance indicators for a selected pharmacist over a selected period of time. The Pharmacist KPI Report contains the following features:

  • Displays dispense activity ensuring that each dispense transaction is accounted for within the report.
  • Collates key dispensary information from many reports within Minfos, allowing owners and managers to efficiently run a single report to get a snapshot of the overall dispense performance of a pharmacist.
  • Is customisable and allows for review and comparison of the same periods of any previous date range displaying the percentage difference between each.
  • Selected weeks, months, quarters or year date ranges, can be used to display differences from previous years.

To display the report:

1. Navigate to Dispense Pro.

2. Click the Reports menu and select F. Pharmacist KPI Report.

The Pharmacist KPI Report dialog is displayed. Refer to the image below for the following features.

a. Pharmacist: Enter the pharmacist surname or code.

b. Format:

  1. Selecting Default format will generate a KPI report for one or more of the pre-defined periods selected.
  2. Selecting a Customised format will generate a KPI report displaying the difference between two selected periods. For example, the Customised format can be used to compare seasonal sales figures.

c. Period Date: This date can be altered to change the content of information on the period required to be reported on. By default, the Sunday prior to the current date is populated.

d. Rolling Date: Click to highlight the desired option.

  1. ON: Will specify the start and end dates of the week, month, quarter, or year and is calculated backwards using the Period date.
  2. OFF: Will specify that the start and end dates of the week, month, quarter or year are calculated based on the Calendar dates.

e. Periods:

  1. Default Format: Will calculate the day, month, quarter and year period based on the Format, Period date and rolling date text boxes selected.
  2. Customised Format: Requires that you enter the start and end dates for the current and last periods.

f. Click Okay to generate the report.

The Pharmacist KPI Report is displayed.
