The Annual Product Sales Report will generate a detailed list of products that have been sold over a specified 12 month date range.

1. From the Minfos Launch Pad, click the Reporting icon.

2. Click the Product menu and select 2. Annual Product Sales Report.

3. The Annual Product Sales Report window is displayed.

A. Leave the From Product and To Product values as the default to generate a report displaying all products OR use [TAB] to search for a selected range of products from the database by entering the first product in the From Product field and the last product in the To Product field.

B. Enter in the Starting Date and Ending Date for the period required.

C. Ensure the Content selected is 3. All Sales. Content of the Product Sales Report can also be generated by Dispensary Sales or Retail Sales only.

D. One or all of the following Format options can be selected by clicking to highlight each selection: Quantity, Sales, Discounts, GST, Net Sales, C.O.G.S, Gross Profit, Gross Profit %, Average Sale, Stock on Hand.

E. Ensure that the Stocked Only checkbox is unchecked, as it is possible products within the database are marked as not stocked, but have been sold within the selected date range.

4. Click Okay to generate the report.

The Annual Product Sales Report is displayed.
