The staff product sales report displays a product or range of products for a specified date range and the quantity, gross sales, Discounts, GST and Net sales for each individual.

1. From the Minfos Launch Pad, click Reporting.

2. Click Staff from the menu.

3. Click 6. Staff Product Sales.

4. The Staff Product Sales Report window is displayed.

 

a. Sort By criteria is defaulted to product. This report can also be sorted by a specific Company, Department, Brand, IEU, Class, Location, Price Policy, Preferred Supplier and KVI by selecting this option from the dropdown.

b. Leave the From Product and To Product as the default to generate a report displaying all products OR use [TAB] to search for a selected range of products from the database by entering the first product in the From Product field and the last product in the To Product field.

c. Enter in the Starting Date and Ending Date for the period required.

d. Show Detail option allows the printing of a detailed list of each product sold within the Sorted by criteria.

5. Click Okay to generate the report.

The Staff Product Sales Report is displayed.
