By default, the Manage Claims window opens to the current claim period (year). You can select a different claim period if the claim you want to edit was created in a previous year.
To change the claim period:
1. From the Manage Claims window, click Claim Periods.
The Select Claim Period window is displayed.
2. Click the required claim year, then click OK.
The claim in the selected claim period are shown in the Manage Claims window.
