1. Read the Minfos Cloud Backup flyer below, to learn about the offsite backup service.

2. Download the attached PDF form.

3. Complete the form either:

a. Online:

• Open the form in Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat; download the free Adobe Reader, if required. Note: Do not attempt to fill out the form in your internet browser, as your answers will not save
• Fill out the details of your store, why you're opting out, and click the Signature text box
• Click the Submit button on the form, to email it to help@minfos.com.au

b. The old-school way:

• Print the form and fill it out
• Fax it to (03) 9918 5592
