Delete a clinical intervention record from the Clinical Interventions Maintenance window

The Delete button enables you to delete a selected clinical intervention record, including all of the interventions it contains.

1. Select the clinical intervention you want to change, and then click the Delete button.

The Delete Clinical Intervention dialog is displayed.

2. Click the Okay button, to confirm the deletion.

The Delete Clinical Intervention prompt is displayed.

3. Click the Yes button to confirm the deletion.

Alternatively, click the No button to cancel the deletion. 

Delete a clinical intervention record from the Script Options window

1. Click the Clinical Intervention menu item, and then click the Okay button.

The Clinical Intervention Recording window is displayed and is populated with the details of the selected clinical intervention.

2. In the Summary table at the bottom of the Clinical Intervention Recording window, select the record that you want to delete.

3. Click the Delete button.

The Delete Clinical Intervention prompt is displayed.

4. Click the Yes button, to confirm the deletion.

The clinical intervention is deleted.

Alternatively, click the No button to cancel the deletion.
