On the Dispense Launch Pad:

1. Click the Reports menu, then 2. Scripts and select 5. Clinical Interventions.

The Clinical Intervention Reports window is displayed.

A. From Pharmacist field enables you to enter the first pharmacist to include in the report.

B. To Pharmacist field enables you to enter the last pharmacist to include in the report. All of the pharmacists whose initials are alphabetically in-between these two pharmacists are included in the report.

To report only on a single pharmacist, enter their details in both the From Pharmacist and To Pharmacist fields.

C. Starting Date field enables you to specify the earliest date to include in the report.

D. Ending Date field enables you to specify the latest date to include in the report.

E. Categories dropdown list enables you to select the clinical intervention categories to include in the report. 

You can select:

• D.O.C.U.T. - to include claimable prescriptions only.
• D.O.C.U.M.E.N.T - to include all prescriptions.

F. Click OK to generate the report.
