Selecting a run and clicking the View Pack Run Files button, will show the Foil.pdf file.


Open this file to view the foils printed for all patients included in the run.

 

Selecting a run and clicking the View Pack Run Files button, will display the Data file for that pack run.


This file contains details of the order including patients, drugs, dose, dose times etc.

Selecting a run and clicking the View Pack Run Files button, will show a DoseAid Check / Dispatch Record file and a Data file.


The DoseAid Check / Dispatch Record PDF file shows all of the patients that had packs ordered for them as part of the packing run.

The Data file displays the details of the order including patients, drugs, dose, dose times etc.


If you have Pharmacist to Insert drugs in the order, you can print a report after creating a pack run. 

This report will list all of the patients that have pharmacist to insert drugs, the drug and the dose time. This report can be used when inserting medication into the sachets to ensure that medications are not missed.


These files are separated by Ward Code and Tray Number.
