If you have forgotten your password to your Minfos Help Centre account, you are able to reset the password yourself.

If you forget your password:

1. From the homepage, click Sign In.

The Login page will display.

2. Underneath the password field, click the Forgot your password? link.

3. Enter your email address.

4. Click the Reset My Password button. 

5. A password reset link will be sent to your email account.

6. Open the email and click the link.

The Change Password page will display.

8. Enter a new password. The password must be at least 12 characters long, and must include a combination of uppercase letters, lower case letters, numbers and special characters (e.g. !, @, #, $, % etc.).

9. Retype the new password.

10. Click the Update & Log In button.

You will be logged in and the Minfos Help Centre homepage will display. You will see a notification that your password has been updated.
