Tickets that were logged in the Minfos Self-Service portal from 2016 until present have been transferred to the new Minfos Help Centre. 

These tickets will have a new Minfos Help Centre reference number in addition to the incident number from the Minfos Self-Service portal. 

You can view the old Incident number in the Ticket Details screen.
