A password will lock if a pharmacist enters it incorrectly into the Dispense Form too many times. Their password will need to be unlocked by a User with Admin security access before they can dispense an eScript.

From Pharmacist Maintenance:

1. Highlight the locked Pharmacist and click Change.

The Pharmacist Editing window is displayed.

2. Click Unlock Password.

The Authorise Access window is displayed.

3. Enter a User I.D and Password that has Admin security access set.

The Pharmacist Password window is displayed.

4. Click OK to save.

The Pharmacist’s password is now unlocked and can be entered into the Dispense Form to dispense an eScript.
