You can adjust the Retain Deleted Scripts configuration:

• If this option is checked when you delete a previously dispensed prescription, you will be offered the option to retain it in the patients history or not - This is the Minfos recommended configuration
• If this option is not checked, the script will not be retained in the patients history

From Dispense Pro:

1. Click the Maintenance menu and select D. Configuration.

The Configuration window is displayed.

2. Click the Dispense/Customer tab and check the Retain Deleted Scripts checkbox.3. Click OK to save.
