Export Pricing:
From the Tiered Drug Pricing Maintenance window:
1. Click Export Pricing to export all fixed prices to a CSV file format.
The Save As prompt is displayed.
2. The default file path is H:\Minfos01\Export, enter a File name and click Save.
The Summary: Export Tier Drug Pricing File prompt is displayed.
3. Click OK to close.
Import Pricing:
From the Tiered Drug Pricing Maintenance window:
1. Click Import Pricing to import a Head Office drug pricing file.
The Open prompt is displayed.
2. The default file path is H:\Minfos01\Export, navigate to the appropriate folder/path and select the file. Click Open to import the file.
The Summary: Import Tier Drug Pricing File prompt is displayed.
3. Click OK to close the summary. The Tiered Drug Pricing Maintenance window is re-displayed. The price changes will need to be applied, the store's fixed prices will not update until the fixed prices have been applied at Head Office.
4. Highlight the required products using the standard windows shortcuts [Shift or Ctrl + mouse clicks] and click Apply New Prices (Selected Only). Alternatively, click Apply New Prices (All) to apply the prices changes for all products in the Tiered Drug Pricing Maintenance window.
The Tiered Drug Pricing Maintenance is updated.
