Bulk Shelf or Product Labels can be printed from a number of places in Minfos:

Print Labels from Product Quick Fix:

Step by Step Instructions

From Stock Manager:

1. Click the Product Quick Fix icon.

The Quick Fix window is displayed.

a. Click the Sort by drop-down and select your preferred sort order. 

  • Choose from

b. Enter the appropriate From and To range.

c. Click OK.

The Product Quick Fix window is displayed, populated with all products selected from the Quick Fix window.2. Highlight the required products using standard windows shortcuts press [Shift or Ctrl + mouse click].

3. Click Labels.The Product Labels window is displayed.

a. Click the Label Type drop-down and select the required label template. Refer to Manage Label Templates for more information.

b. Check the Send Labels to Queue checkbox to send the label to the queue, leave un-checked to print now.

c. Leave the Show Prices checkbox checked to show the retail price on the labels. This is dependant on the label template having a retail price field, refer to Editing Label Templates for more information.

d. Click Okay to either print or send the labels to the queue. If you sent your labels to the queue, click here to learn how to print labels from the label queue.

If Send Labels to Queue was not selected the Print Options window is displayed.
a. If required you can click Change to change the printer.

b. If required you can click Select to choose the label printing position.

4. Click Start and your labels will print.


Print Labels from Price Manager:

From Stock Manager:

1. Click the Price Manager icon.

The Price Manager: Select Category & sub-category window is displayed.

a. Click the Sort by drop-down and select the required sort order.

  • Choose from

b. Enter the required category name or code.

c. Click Review Pricing.

The Price Manager: Pricing Review window is displayed populated with all products selected from the Price Manager: Select Category & sub-category window.2. Highlight the required products using standard windows shortcuts press [Shift or Ctrl + mouse click].

3. Click Labels. The Product Labels window is displayed.

a. Click the Label Type drop-down and select the required label template. Refer to Manage Label Templates for more information.

b. Check the Send Labels to Queue checkbox to send the label to the queue, leave un-checked to print now.

c. Leave the Show Prices checkbox checked to show the retail price on the labels. This is dependant on the label template having a retail price field, refer to Editing Label Templates for more information.

d. Click Okay to either print or send the labels to the queue. If you sent your labels to the queue, click here to learn how to print labels from the label queue.

4. Click Start and your labels will print.

Note Refer to Print labels for retail price changes to only print labels for products where you have change the retail price. 


Print Labels by Range:

Step by Step Instructions

From Stock Manager:

1. Click the Labels by Range icon.

The Labels by Range window is displayed.

a. Click the Sorted by drop-down and select the required sort order.

  • Choose from

b. Enter the required Starting and Ending range.

c. Click the Label Type drop-down and select the appropriate label template. Refer to Manage Label Templates for more information.

d. Select the Print Labels For drop-down and choose from:

  • Products Marked as Stocked: Only products that are flagged as Re-Order (Stocked) will print
  • Products with a positive SOH: Products with a positive stock on hand will print, regardless of the stocked status
  • Products Stocked or In Stock: Products that are flagged as Re-Order (Stocked) and products with a positive stock on hand will, regardless of the stocked status

e. Non-APN Bar Coded Only: Uncheck if printing shelf labels. If you are printing product labels you may want to leave this checked; only products with Minfos made-up barcodes will print.

f. Leave the Show Prices checkbox checked to show the retail price on the labels. This is dependant on the label template having a retail price field, refer to Editing Label Templates for more information.

g. Single Labels: Leave this checked to only print one label per product, un-check to print labels for the SOH.

h. Send to Queue: Check the Send Labels to Queue checkbox to send the label to the queue, leave un-checked to print now.

i. Include S2s and S3s: Ignore this checkbox.

2. Click Okay.

If Send Labels to Queue was not selected the Print Options window is displayed.

a. If required you can click Change to change the printer.

b. If required you can click Select to choose the label printing position.

3. Click Start and your labels will print.
