This article is intended for use by pharmacy Hardware Technicians. 

Hardware vendors can update FTP settings at your pharmacy using the below instructions.

To update FTP settings

From the Minfos Launchpad:

1. Click the Special menu and select Utilities.

The Utilities module is displayed. 

2. Click the Config menu and select 1. Shop Configuration.

The Shop Configuration window is displayed.

3. Select the Multi-store tab.5. Make required changes to the FTP Server Settings and click OK to save.
