From Customers Management:
1. Click the Reports menu, click B. Clubs and select 6. Re-print Club Statement.
The Club Statement window is displayed.
a. Select the Club Customer requiring a re-print of their statement.
b. Select the Club code required.
c. Enter the Statement Date required to be re-printed.
d. Check the Print Ageing Information and Opening Balances to include: current, 30, 60 and 90 day balance information and include the outstanding balance from last month’s account on the statement.
2. Click Okay to run the report.
