In Minfos you can adjust the discount percentage applied by the quick discount buttons in the Till.

Step by Step Instructions
To use the Quick Discount buttons at the Till, with retail items in the sale
1. Click either of the Quick Discount buttons or use the keyboard shortcuts [Home] for the top Quick Discount button and [End] for the bottom Quick Discount button.
The discount is applied to eligible items.
Note: Refer to Adjust the Discountable status for a product to learn how to adjust the discount flag. NHS scripts cannot be discounted via the Till.
2. Complete the sale accordingly.
To Adjust the Quick Discount buttons
From the Minfos Launch Pad:
1. Click the Special menu and select Utilities.
The Utilities module is displayed.
2. Click the Config menu and select 1. Shop Configuration, or click the Shop Configuration icon.
The Shop Configuration window is displayed.
3. Click the Till tab.
4. In the Discount Key 1 % and Discount Key 2 % enter the required discount percentage, in this example the Discount Key 2 % has been updated to 30.
5. Click OK to save.
6. Navigate back to the Till module and open the Till, the Quick Discount button has updated.
Tip: Ensure you close the Till module on all workstation to see the updated Quick Discount button.
