Minfos integrates with the myTWC Medication Reminders service allowing the dispenser to easily see the patient’s current myTWC Medication Reminders enrolment status.

The myTWC Medication Reminders icon is displayed on the Dispense Form.

Note: If you are a TerryWhite Chemmart pharmacy and you do not see the myTWC Medication Reminders icon, refer to myTWC Medication Reminders Configuration to enable.
  • Hover your mouse over the myTWC icon to see more information on the patient’s status
  • Click the myTWC icon to enrol the patient or resend the activation SMS

Action

This status can mean one of the following:

  • No patient selected

  • This pharmacy is not enabled for myTWC Medication Reminders

  • This patient is not found in the myTWC database and cannot be enrolled at this time


 



  • Select a patient

  • Training will be provided by TWC Support Office



  • If you are dispensing to a new patient for the first time, they will not be in the myTWC database until you have saved and processed a prescription in Minfos

  • This patient is not enrolled in myTWC Medication Reminders

1. Click the myTWC Medication Reminders icon.

The Enrol into myTWC medication reminders window is displayed.

2. If there is a Mobile number recorded in the Minfos Customer Profile, it will pre-populate on the enrol window.

a. If the mobile number is correct check the I have confirmed the number provided is correct and current check box.

b. If the mobile number is incorrect, enter the correct mobile number.

i. Check the I have confirmed the number provided is correct and current checkbox.

ii. Check the Update patient’s profile with new mobile number checkbox to save the mobile entered to the Minfos Customer profile.

3. Enter your initials.

4. Click OK.

5. The patient will be sent an enrol SMS.

6. Patient to follow the instructions in the SMS to activate their account. Refer to TerryWhite Chemmart for more information on enrolment and SMS’s.

  • This patient has received their SMS but has not yet activated their myTWC Medication Reminders

1. Click the myTWC Medication Reminders icon.

The Resend activation SMS window is displayed.

2. If there is a Mobile number recorded in the Minfos Customer Profile, it will pre-populate on the resend window.

a. If the mobile number is correct, skip to step 3.

b. If the mobile number is incorrect, enter the correct mobile number.

i. Check the Update patient’s profile with new mobile number checkbox to save the mobile entered to the Minfos Customer profile.

3. Enter your initials.

4. Click OK.

5. The patient will be re-sent an enrol SMS.

6. Patient to follow the instructions in the SMS to activate their account. Refer to TerryWhite Chemmart for more information on enrolment and SMS's.
