For pharmacies that are configured for HICAPS, there is a new icon on the Dispense Form. You can hover the mouse over the icon to display the selected patient’s HICAPS status. Indicates the Patient is registered to claim via HICAPS.


Icon Description automatically generated Indicates there is No patient selected or Patient is not registered with any HICAPS programs, refer to Set up a patient for HICAPS.

If you do not see the HICAPS icon, your pharmacy has not yet been configured for HICAPS, refer to Configure HICAPS in Minfos.
