From the Customer Editing window:
1. Click the HICAPS tab.
Note: If the HICAPS tab is not visible, refer to Configure HICAPS in Minfos.
2. Click the Program dropdown and select the required program, if the required program is not an option refer to Configure HICPAS in Minfos and set up the appropriate program.
3. Enter the patients Claim Number/Member Number.
Note: This field name may update dependent on the Program selected.
4. Click Add Record.5. Click OK to save.

To remove a HICAPs program for a patient, refer to Delete a HICAPS program for a patient.
