Tax Reports can be run from multiple locations in Minfos.

From the Script Options menu

1. From the Dispense Form, with a patient selected, click Special or press [Alt + S].

The Script Options menu is displayed.

2. Click 6. Tax Report and click Okay or press [6].The Patient Tax History Report window is displayed.3. Customer Name: if required, change the patient selected for the report.

4. The Stating Date and Ending Date default to the current financial year, adjust if required.

5. If the patient is PRF linked and you require the Tax Report for the family, check the Format checkbox. This option is greyed out if the patient is not PRF linked.

6. Check the Hide Details report to hide the drug name on the report, leave unchecked to display the name.

7. Click Okay to run the report.

From the Customer Report menu

From the Dispense Pro module:

1. Click the Reports menu, click 3. Customers and select 2. Tax Report.

The Patient Tax History Report window is displayed.2. Enter the Customer Name or customer code and press [Tab]. If the Customer Search Window is displayed, highlight the required customer and click Okay.

3. The Starting Date and Ending Date default to the current financial year, adjust if required.

4. If the patient is PRF linked and you require the Tax Report for the family, check the Format checkbox. This option is greyed out if the patient is not PRF linked.

5. Check the Hide Details report to hide the drug name on the report, leave unchecked to display the name.

6. Click Okay to run the report.

From the Dispense Reporting module

1. Click the Patients menu and select 2. Tax Record.

The Patient Tax History Report window displayed.2. Enter the Customer Name or customer code and press [Tab]. If the Customer Search Window is displayed, highlight the required customer and click Okay.
