This report will list the patient's prescription history for a specified date range. The report can be run from the Dispense Pro module and the Script Options menu.
From the Dispense Pro module:
1. Click the Reports menu, click 3. Customers and select 8. Patient Script History Report.
Tip: From the Script Options menu, displayed at the end of dispensing or by clicking Special on the Dispense Form, select R. Patient Script History Report.
The Patient Script History Report window is displayed.
2. In the Customer Name field enter either the customers surname or customer code and press [Tab]. The Customer Search Window may display, highlight the required customer and click Okay.
3. Enter the required Starting Date and Ending Date, these fields default to the current date.
4. Display Brand Names:
a. Check option and the report will display the Brand name of the items dispensed e.g. Lipitor.
b. Leave this option unchecked the report will display the Generic name of the items dispensed e.g. Atorvastatin.
5. Click Okay to run the report.
