This report allows you to view an hourly dispensing report for a specified date and time range. The report contains information on the number of Customers and Scripts, as well as Gross Sales, GST, Net Sales, Patient Contribution amount, Government amount, cost of goods sold, Gross Profit, GP %, dollars per customer and products per customer.
From the Dispense Reporting module:
1. Click the Dispensing menu and select 2. Hourly Dispensing.
The Hourly Dispensing Report window is displayed.
2. Enter the required Dispensing Date.
3. Enter the required Starting Time and Ending Time, these fields default to the Trading Hours.
4. Click Okay to run the report.
