This report generates a history of all scripts dispensed to patients assigned to a Nursing Home in your database within the specified date range. Patients must be allocated to the Nursing Home in the database prior to dispensing for their scripts to appear in the report.
Note: If a script is dispensed before the patient is assigned to a Nursing Home in your database, it will not appear in this report. To include the script, edit the script, make no changes, then save and process it again. The script will then display in the report.
From the Dispense Pro module:
1. Click the Reports menu and select 8. Nursing Homes.
Tip: This report can also be run from the Dispense Reporting module. Click the Others menu and select 2. Nursing Homes.
The Nursing Home Dispensing Report window is displayed
2. Enter the required Nursing Home code and press [Tab]. You can also enter the Nursing Home name and press [Tab], the Nursing Home Search Window is displayed. Highlight the required hospital and click Okay.
3. Enter the required Starting Date and Ending Date.
4. Click the Format dropdown and choose one of the following options
- 0. All Scripts in Dispensed Order - default option
- 1. All Government Scripts
- 2. General Scripts
- 3. Concessional Scripts
- 4. Repatriation Scripts
- 5. Entitlement Scripts
- 6. Doctor's Bag Scripts
5. Check the Detailed checkbox, if required.
6. Click Okay to run the report.
