These reporting options allow you run an annual category sales report for a range of dates, the content can filtered by Dispensary Sales (anything that has been dispensed and sold), Retail Sales or All Sales.
The report can be run for:
- Department
- Company
- I.E.U.
- Brand
- Class
- Location
- Price Policy
From the Reporting module:
1. Click the required menu option, in this example Department will be used, and click 2. Annual Department Sales.
The Annual Departmental Sales Report window is displayed.2. Enter the required From Code and To Code - these values default to include all categories.
3. Enter the required Starting Date and Ending Date.
4. Click the Content dropdown and select from:
- 1. Dispensary Sales
- 2. Retail Sales (this is selected by default)
- 3. All Sales
5. If required, uncheck the Show Detail checkbox, this is checked by default.
6. Click to highlight the required Format options, Quantity is highlighted by default.
7. If required, check the Stocked Only checkbox. If you select this checkbox, only products marked as Stocked (Re-Order) will be included in this report. We recommend you leave this option unchecked.
8. Click Okay to run the report.
