Account Status | Description | Icon |
Active | The account can be paid and sales can be charged to the account. |

Inactive | No payments or sales can be charged to the account. Inactive accounts do not display at the Till, however they can be access via Customer Account Management. Prompt displayed when attempting to charge to the account:

Suspended | The account can be paid, however no sales can be charged to the account. Prompt displayed when attempting to charge to the account:
