Minfos Pilot Stores Only
From 8.22.1 Minfos facilitates dispensing directly from Electronic National Residential Charts. Your eNRMC software vendor also requires conformance to integrate with this feature. This functionality is currently in pilot as eNRMC software vendors achieve conformity.
Q. I have scanned an eNRMC Chart token. In the eNRMC window, one of the items displays dashes (----) in the Dispense column. What does this mean?
A. The dashes (-----) in the Dispense column indicate that the item requires a separate prescription, and cannot be dispensed from the eNRMC Chart token.
Q. I have scanned an eNRMC Chart token. In the eNRMC window, the Qty Available column is empty/blank for an item. What does this mean?
A. The Qty Available field will display as blank for items where Max Supply has been set (i.e. there is no limit on the times the item can be supplied).
Q. What should I do when the warning Selected patient is not assigned to a Nursing Home, do you wish to continue dispensing this script? is displayed?
A. This warning means the customer is not assigned to a Nursing Home in Minfos. This warning is information only and you can click Yes to continue dispensing. However, it is a good idea to correct this issue to avoid further warnings and problems in the future. Refer to Add a Patient to a Nursing Home for guidance.
Q. What should I do when the warning The Nursing Home for the selected patient does not have a RACF ID assigned, do you wish to continue dispensing this script? is displayed?
A. This warning means the Nursing Home that the customer is assigned to in Minfos does not have a RACF ID saved against it. This warning is information only and you can click Yes to continue dispensing. However, it is a good idea to correct this issue to avoid further warnings and problems in the future. Refer to Set up Nursing Homes for guidance.
Q. What should I do when the warning The RACF ID for the chart does not match the RACF ID assigned to the patient’s current Nursing Home in Minfos. The RACF ID for the chart will be used for this dispense is displayed?
A. This warning means that the RACF ID from the eNRMC is different from the RACF ID of the Nursing Home the patient is assigned to in Minfos. This warning is information only and you can click Yes continue dispensing. However, it is a good idea to verify which RACF ID and nursing home the customer should be assigned to and update Minfos accordingly.
Q. Can I edit the Chart Date for an eNRMC?
A. No, the Chart Date is downloaded from the eNRMC token and cannot be edited.
Q. Can I edit the Stop Date for an eNRMC chart or item?
A. No, the Stop Date is downloaded from the eNRMC token and cannot be edited. To view the Stop Date of an Item or Chart, click the Stop Date icon displayed on the Dispense Form. The Stop Date icon may be orange or black.

Q. How do I edit an eNRMC item?
A. eNRMC items can be edited following the standard script editing process. Refer to Edit a Prescription for guidance.
Q. Can I delete or reverse a previously dispensed eNRMC item?
A. Yes, eNRMC dispensings can be reversed or deleting following the standard process outlined in Delete a previously dispensed prescription.
Q. How do I disable/re-enable an eNRMC chart item token?
A. Individual eNRMC items can be disabled and reenabled following the process outlined here. Note that eNRMC Chart tokens cannot be disabled/re-enabled.
Q. Can I add eNRMCs to the eQueue?
A. Yes, individual eNRMC item tokens can be scanned and added to the eQueue. However, eNRMC Chart tokens cannot be scanned in the eQueue window. Refer to Add a Basket to the eQueue for guidance.
Q. How can I view a list of previously dispensed eNRMC items?
A. In the Script Enquiry window, select eScripts only from the Script type drop-down menu, then check NRMC only, to view eNRMC dispensings. Refer to Script Enquiry Overview for further information.
