The Customer Sales Enquiry window allows you to view the sales activity of a specified customer.

1. Navigate to the Till module.

2. Click Enquiry.

3. Select 3. Customer Sales Enquiry.

The Customer Sales Enquiry window is displayed.

3.In the Customer field, enter the relevant customer’s name or Customer Number and press [Tab].

4. If required, select the relevant customer in the Customer Search window.

5. Click Okay to load the sales data.

The sales activity is displayed in the Customer Sales Enquiry window.

Please refer to the image and table below for an explanation of the features of this window.

Option

Description

a. Customer

Enter the relevant Customer Name or Number in this field and press [Tab].

Click Okay to load the sales data.

b. Modify

Click Modify to launch the Customer Editing window.

c. Start date and End date

Enter the relevant date range for the transactions you wish to view.
 The default date range is the last 12 months.

d. Trans. Type

Click the dropdown to filter to a specific transaction type. Choose from:

  • All Sales (default)
  • Sales
  • Return
  • Payment
  • Lay By
  • Lay By Pay
  • Cash Out
  • Dispense
  • Warehouse

e. Transactions panel

Displays list of transactions based on the options selected.

f. Ageing

Displays Current, 30 Days, 60 Days and 90+ Days aged totals for account customers.

g. Next /Prev

Displays Next or Previous page of the listed transactions.

h. Enquire

Select a transaction and click Enquire to view details of the transaction.

i. Transfer

Select a transaction and click Transfer to move the transaction to a different customer.

j. Notes

Select a transaction and click Notes to add a note to the transaction. Refer to Add a Note to a Sales transaction.

k. Interim Statement

Generate an Interim Statement for account customers. Refer to Print Interim Account Statements.

l. Cancel

Close the Customer Sales Enquiry window.
