Minfos Beta Stores Only
This article is intended for Minfos Beta stores only. It contains either new or updated functionality that is not generally available at this time. Please look out for these new features in the next Minfos software release.
The Multi-store Sales By Range Report allows you to select one or more businesses and specify the product or category type and range to report on. This report offers the option to view combined details or view a breakdown per business.
From the Minfos Multi Store module:
1. Click the Reports menu then 1. Sales Reports and select 3. Sales By Range.
Alternatively, click the Sales By Range icon.
Note The Multi-store Sales By Range Report can also be accessed from MS_Launcher. 1. Click Reports. The Multistore Reports window is displayed. 2. Click Sales By Range.
The Sales By Range Report window is displayed.
2. Click Change to select the Business/es to run the report for.
The Business Selection Dialog is displayed.
3. Select the Business/es to run the report for. Use [CTRL] + click to select multiple businesses. Then click OK.
The selected Business IDs are displayed in the Business field.
4. Click the Report Type dropdown and select the type of report to run. Select from:
- Product
- Department
- Company
- IEU
- Brand
- Class
- Location
- Price Policy
5. Check Report on the entire range to report on all products or specify a range in the From Code and To Code fields.
6. Select a Report Period from the dropdown.
Note If you selected Last... or Other date range, specify the relevant period in the additional fields provided.
7. Review the Preview field to ensure you have selected the intended period.
8. Click the Content drop-down and choose to include:
- 1. Dispensary Sales
- 2. Retail Sales
- 3. All Sales
9. Click the Format drop-down and choose from:
- Summary Format
- Weekly Format
- Monthly Format
10. Check Stocked Only to only include products marked as Stocked in the report.
Note If Stocked Only is checked, only products marked as Stocked (Reorder) will be included in this report which could lead to incomplete reports.
11. If required, check Show Detail. This will display the Product Name and Primary Barcode of each product within the selected range that has sold within the period selected.
12. Scan Rebates is checked by default. Uncheck this option if you do not want to include Scan Rebate information on the report.
13. Combined Totals is checked by default. Leave checked to display the combined total of all selected businesses. Uncheck Combined Totals to display a separate breakdown per business.
14. Click Run to generate the report immediately.
The report is displayed.
15. Alternatively, to schedule the Sales By Range report to run automatically after the End of Day click Schedule. Refer to Schedule a report.
Note The report is named based on the Report Type and Format that was selected. For example, if Department was selected the report is named Department Sales Report.
