This report provides merchandising data for drugs, based on the specified criteria and date range. Information provided by this report includes totals of the quantity dispensed, patient and government contribution and cost for the specified product/category within the set date range.
- From the Stock Manager module, click the Reports menu.
- Click 4. Stock Reports and then select 8. Drug Merchandising Report.
The Drug Merchandising Report window is displayed.
- Click Range by and select the criteria to sort the report by. Choose from:
- Drugs
- Company
- I.E.U.
- Class
- Brand
- Location
- Supplier
- If required, specify a range to report on in the From and To fields.
- Enter the date range to report on in the Starting Date and Ending Date fields.
- Check Detailed if you wish to include product level information in the report, or leave unchecked to report at the category level.
- Click Okay to run the report.
The Drug Merchandising Report is displayed.
