Minfos Pilot Stores Only
This article is intended for Minfos Pilot stores only. It contains new functionality that is not generally available at this time.
Replenish order settings can be set individually for each supplier.
To view or change a supplier's Replenish order settings:
- In Stock Manager, click Maintenance.
- Select 2. Suppliers.
The Supplier Maintenance window is displayed.
- Click Find.
The Search window is displayed.
- Enter the name of the relevant supplier and click Okay.
- Select the supplier from the displayed results and click Change.
- The Supplier Editing window is displayed.
- Click Order Settings.

Reference | Description | Explanation |
A | Auto Send | This feature is not currently available for Replenish orders. |
B | Create separate orders for OTC & Ethical lines | Automatically create separate orders for OTC and Ethical lines when you submit or issue an order. This configuration is enabled for all suppliers by default. Refer to Create separate Replenish orders for OTC & Ethical lines configuration. |
C | Delivery time | Set to 1 Day by default. If increased Minfos will increase the suggested Order Qty accordingly. |
D | Shelf Pack rounding | Set to 80.00% by default. This field indicates that 80% or more of a shelf pack, retail unit or order multiple is needed before another shelf pack, retail unit or order multiple will be generated in the order. |
E | Order Period in days | The Order Period in Days defaults to 7 days. This can be adjusted to the required number of days. Minfos will consider the sales history for the period 3 times the duration of the value entered. (E.g. When set to 7 days Minfos will consider the sales history for the last 21 days.) |
F | Round up after | This setting determines if a product's suggested Order Qty rounds up or down when the product has a specified shelf pack, retail unit or order multiple. For example: When Round up after is set to 4 and a product has Order Multiple of 10:
The Round up after default value is 4. This can be adjusted if required. |
G | Minimum Order Thresholds | This functionality is not exclusive to Replenish. Refer to Minimum Order Thresholds Overview. |
