There are several screens in Minfos that display robot stock on hand information including:

View robot SOH in Robotic Drugs List Maintenance

The Robot Stock column on the Robotic Drugs List Maintenance window shows the most up-to-date stock on hand (SOH) for each barcode in your robot, including alternate barcodes.

To view your robot SOH:

From Dispense Pro:

1. Click the Dispense menu and select 9. Robotic Drugs Database.

2. The Robotic Drugs List Maintenance window is displayed and shows your robot’s stock on hand.

Note: The robot SOH is also shown for alternate barcodes that are stocked in the robot.

Filter your robot drugs list

On the Robotic Drugs List Maintenance window all of the drugs in your robotic drugs database are shown by default. You can then filter the list to show the products that have “0” stock on hand in the robot or the products where there is a difference between the Minfos stock on hand and the robot stock on hand.

To filter your robot drugs list:

From Dispense Pro:

1. Click the Dispense menu and select 9. Robotic Drugs Database.

The Robotic Drugs List Maintenance window is displayed and shows all of the drugs in your robot.

2. Click the Show dropdown list, then click:

  • Out of stock in robot, to show the products that have “0” stock on hand in the robot.
  • Stock on hand <> Robot Stock, to show the products that have a difference between the Minfos stock on hand and the robot stock on hand.

3. The Robotic Drugs List Maintenance window displays your filter results.

View robot SOH in the Drug Recall Window

During the dispensing process when the Drug Recall Window is displayed, the ROB SOH column displays the stock on hand in your robot. The SOH column on hand column displays the total stock that your pharmacy is holding for that product.

View robot SOH for Orders in 'Created' status

When an order is in a 'Created' status Minfos displays the robot stock on hand. The quantity of stock held in the robot, as well as the Minfos SOH is displayed, which is helpful to identify potential discrepancies between the robot and the Minfos stock count.

The ROB SOH column will display in the Order Edit screen when:

  • You have an integrated dispensing robot using the Minfos interface type - stores using Gollman dispensing robots will not have visibility of the ROB SOH column.
  • The order is in a Created status. Issued, Received and Completed orders will not  display the ROB SOH column; however, Received and Completed orders will display the Robot Rec column (pharmacies with Rowa robots will display 0 in the Robot Rec column).

The value displayed in the ROB SOH column is the quantity of that drug held in the robot. When the drug is not stocked in the robot, the value will display as '0'.
