We are aware that Windows Updates KB5066835 and/or KB5065789 have affected the eRx adaptor resulting in pharmacies being unable to dispense eScripts.

To remove these windows updates on your backoffice workstation, follow the steps from Microsoft below or contact your Hardware Vendor for assistance.  

If you are still unable to dispense eScripts following the removal of the updates, or you cannot remove these updates, please contact Minfos Support so we can assist you.

We're collaborating with eRx to identify and implement a permanent solution, enabling the re-installation of the update once the issue is resolved.
